My experience today was incredibly frustrating. I called at 8:15 AM (July 9th) to book the earliest remedial appointment, as their website clearly states they open at 8 AM. I was advised by their receptionist that 10:00 AM was the earliest slot, which I confirmed. I arrived promptly at 10:00 AM, only to find the clinic completely closed with no one in attendance (I've attached a photo with a 10:02 AM timestamp showing the 'closed' sign). Dr Harry and the team at Physio Cure are top notch! Had a Grade 2 tear on my calf muscle and even though the recovery has taken quite a while the service, professionalism and rehab has been excellent! I've also learnt so much about the different muscle groups as Harry is keen to share his wealth of knowledge to help his patients better understand their injuries and how best to treat them and how best to avoid them! As an OT and former director of rehabilitation I'm very aware of what is required to provide good physio services. Physio Cure under the guidance of Harry does that amazingly. I highly recommend there services to anyone in need
I am completing this on behalf of my partner. I’ve had treatment with both Dr Rain and Dr Hani. Both are kind and helpful giving both pain relief and exercises to fix the problem. I didn’t know whether to do chiro or physio. For me these guys can do adjustments and massage and shock treatment. So for me physio has worked very well. Highly recommended.
Great practice and fantastic physios. Both Harry and Rain have great diagnosis skills and are able to personalise my rehabilitation to my specific lifestyle and sports needs
