I had a great experience with my physiotherapist Maria Sullivan. She was extremely thorough and took her time to explain every stretch and exercise to me, making sure I understood why it was effective. She provided multiple exercises and stretches for my injury, new ones as it started to improve. Maria always made sure that I was performing everything properly and felt comfortable before moving on. Physio and Co, Bay Bulls, was a Godsend for me. I aggravated an old injury while on holidays which resulted in limiting my mobility combined with intense pain. After utilizing the services of Maria Sullivan and her team for four months I am mobile and importantly, pain free! On site was a massage therapy service of which I availed.
