When my legs collapsed, due to pressure on the nerves in my lumbar spine, I went to Physico, just about on my knees, I could barely walk. Richard worked on my pressure points and I was able to walk out of there, after one session. I continued treatment until I was able to have surgery. If it wasn't for Richard, I would have been on my knees. He is always welcoming and polite to me. I am now going for treatment on my neck.

As a medical graduate with speciality in medical ultrasound and a Master degree in musculoskeletal sonography , I was not impressed with Richard’s physio …..frequently tapping the areas of interest so so lightly I can hardly feel it really ! … looking at his watch repeatedly ! . He hardly say anything , no advices , no nothing ! Richard , do you really like your job mate !

Rude zero care given. We Must have been an inconvenience to this person. Medical for 16y old for a school base warehousing job. I’m glad I wasted my time from work to have to deal with someone in a service environment who has no concept of solution resolution. If this person has such a low option of the area he chooses to work in. May he should leave.
