I decided to give physicians weight loss a try as I have always struggled with gaining and losing about 20 lbs . I like the medical approach they take . I follow a customized diet plan and am using an appetite suppressant . Each week I purchase their bars, shakes, drinks, soups and snacks - which are delicious by the way ! I recommend this place because they are very honest people And the program works.
I have been attending this program since October 2019 and I have lost 29 pounds so far. The staff is wonderful and they take the time to listen and help you through your food plans with great ideas. I wasn't able to lose weight on my own and tried various weight loss programs but this program works for me. I look forward to losing the rest of my weight within the next few months. I highly recommend this program, however, you have to stick with it and follow the instructions of the staff and doctor.
