If you value your hard earned money, you will go somewhere besides this place. I have been coming to PWLC for years and was always pleased, but not this time. Not this Lexington location. They do not stand by their word!! STEER CLEAR!! I WOULD RATE THIS LOCATION A MINUS 1 IF I COULD!! I WILL BE FILING A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB.

Horrible place. Staff is not medically trained. They claim one price and then begin tacking on extra charges for everything. The wanted to charge $75 to look at my chart (which had 1 page). Pushing to get visitors in during pandemic - no mask. I asked for a refund for the weeks I did not continue because of extra charging and pandemic, misdirections about medications and they never even responded to my letter. Filing a malpractice complaint.
Been to PWL throughout my life and have always had good success with them. If you stick with the program and do as they suggest for you to do, you will lose weight. I've always found the staff to be knowledgeable about my needs and they have always been there to help me achieve my goals. The only thing you have to lose, is your excess weight....
