If you value your hard earned money, you will go somewhere besides this place. I have been coming to PWLC for years and was always pleased, but not this time. Not this Lexington location. They do not stand by their word!! STEER CLEAR!! I WOULD RATE THIS LOCATION A MINUS 1 IF I COULD!! I WILL BE FILING A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB.

Horrible place. Staff is not medically trained. They claim one price and then begin tacking on extra charges for everything. The wanted to charge $75 to look at my chart (which had 1 page). Pushing to get visitors in during pandemic - no mask. I asked for a refund for the weeks I did not continue because of extra charging and pandemic, misdirections about medications and they never even responded to my letter. Filing a malpractice complaint.
