As someone else described a bit of a disappointment. I lost a few pounds in the beginning but I think that was just water weight. And I haven’t lost anything sense. The shots never helped and they always hurt. The last one after I said I’m not going to be coming back really hurt my arm so bad it felt like I got stung by 100 bees.. Although I am having trouble getting a refund for the prepaid package that I purchased I will say that Wendy is very nice and very supportive. The only thing I will say is that I am out $405.00 due to lab results which kicked me out of the program. They refuse to refund the money and only offered products that I can’t use. Just pay for services as you need them I would suggest not buying packages in advance. I am having to dispute this claim with my FSA and hopefully it gets rectified that way.
