Physicians weight control was a godsend for me. I was thin my whole life. About 5yrs ago I started gaining weight. Especially during Covid. My family doc chalked it up to be age. “Well you know you’re getting older’. I’m 47. I didn’t except that. I know plenty of women my age or older who aren’t big.
