Customer service has changed. I called today and the receptionist kept getting my DOB wrong when corrected her the second time, she got snippy. Some of the other front desk staff looks uninterested. Loudoun had the best front desk staff.
I started their program January of 2024 after my doctor recommended them to me. After four knee surgeries and a replacement I was at my limit. I was killing myself at the gym with no success. Currently I am at the same weight I was upon my discharge from the Navy in 2000. My overall weight loss is about 90 pounds. I am now back to doing my favorite activities, like surfing and body boarding. I could never thank Physicians Premier Weight Loss enough. They literally gave me my life back.
