This clinic just changed owners and without knowing any of this I prepaid 8 sessions for a treatment and now my 5th session was suddenly cancelled “because of the ownership change all prepaid services are on hold” and they couldn’t confirm when they would be able to continue my treatment nor are they offering a refund. I’m super upset and find this action towards their customers totally unprofessional. I want my money back!
