I found Physically Fit using Google. They were in range and they could see me quickly, which were my 2 criteria. My back pain was severe after stepping off a curb I didn’t see. I’m happy to say that January and Scott put Humpty Dumpty back together again and my back is feeling great. I highly recommend them. I was back at Physically Fit Physical Therapy recently to address on/off arm pain I had been experiencing for several years. I've been to Physically Fit PT for multiple injuries and have had a great experience every time! Every staff member is super welcoming and helpful. They create a positive environment where you're able to meet other clients and support each other through your recovery journeys. I've worked with both January and Scott and they are both very knowledgeable about the PT field. They are also super friendly and always willing to answer any questions I had. I can't recommend Physically Fit enough!
The practioners are very knowledgeable and guide you through the exercises. They also use needling and non needle therapies to help with pain. They offer more variety of treatments than any other physical therapy place in this area. I have been to two others in the past two years and they didn't offer as much.
