The staff is outstanding from Betsy at the front desk to the individual who kindly and carefully applies heat and/ice , and finally, there is my 5 star therapist, Emily. Smiles abound and, if you must go to physical therapy, please do consider the PTSM Simsbury location.
I am having PT for the second time at PTSMC in Simsbury for a different injury. Two years ago I had an injured glute and Kate Olsen helped me recover from it. When I was recently diagnosed with Achilles tendonitis, I knew I wanted her to help me again. She is very knowledgeable and was able to find the best treatment for this injury.
