I have had my share of therapy over the years. Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine at Shelton is by far the best place I have used. Catherine is terrific. I began therapy all hunched over and barely walking and now can play pickleball. Thank you, Catherine!
My husband and I have been going for awhile , I total knee replacement September 9 after my home therapy I started going we both love it there Nick Mike and Jane they are awesome so easy to talk to. They are so knowledgeable. no matter what you ask, it always have the correct answer. I spoke with Mike today and asked him about where to purchase some items for when I do my exercising at home. I’m just so happy that I’m getting better and so is my husband as well thank you Nick Mike and Jane

I went to PTSMC for 6-8 weeks for an issue that I thought was sciatica. Everyone who helped me was great to work with, but special shout out to Katherine for really understanding the underlying mechanics of my issue. I am so much better and highly recommend this practice!
Overall I did not have a positive experience at PTSMC Shelton and would not recommend. Although the therapists are friendly for the most part, I did not feel like my assigned therapist understood what she was treating in regard to my shoulder pain/back history, this is especially concerning since she told me she is an “orthopedic specialist.” My pain worsened after multiple appointments so I stopped treatment.
