PTSMC in Putnam, can’t say enough about this place. Was there pre and post-op. Staff is very knowledgeable, and friendly. Would definitely recommend!
The therapists are knowledgeable, professional, and compassionate. The entire staff is friendly, supportive and the atmosphere extremely positive which is such a plus when you're on a difficult road of recovery. I've been to other facilities and would not do my PT anywhere else.
I have nothing but great things to say about the staff at PTSMC. They are all very knowledgeable, caring, and helpful. Very positive atmosphere. They helped me recover from shoulder surgery and return to work quickly. I would recommend to anyone in the area.
This review is specific to the administrator and support staff - not the therapist Over a 3.5 month span the front desk has had 4 people. #1 - did not call to schedule appts after receiving insurance approval. 10 calendar/7 business days later I had to call. #2 - 4 previously scheduled appts were "lost" and no attempt to rectify until escalated #3 - administrator was rude - new to the role - clearly not a good fit #4 - staff is more interested in who burns faster or what mosh pit they liked and does not engage with patients ... read more
