This is the place to go when you need PT. From the front desk person to the PT’s, to the associates. Everyone was professional, attentive, and caring. My PT was Matt S. who was wonderful. He explained in simple terms what could be causing my issues and provided targeted therapy to my pain. Under his direction and guidance in their gym, I became stronger and pain free. His recommendations for a home program to keep me that way have been successful so far. I would return to this office.
Ryan at Bristol PTSMC as well as all the staff have been wonderful! Ryan worked with me to achieve my goals and I must say that every one of my goals has been achieved (neck, right hand, lower back) - I am now pain free!!! This is a very clean facility with friendly and knowledgeable staff. If I ever need PT again, I will definitely be going there. Don't hesitate - very highly recommended!!!
The team here is awesome! Matt helped me go from shoulder pain preventing me from doing CrossFit at full capacity to back to normal! If I have another injury in the future I will not hesitate to go back. I would recommend to family and friends in a heartbeat.

I had an excellent experience working with Matt and Ryan. They supported me both before and after my hip replacement surgery, which made a huge difference in my recovery. Their knowledge, professionalism, and ability to challenge me appropriately during therapy gave me confidence and helped me heal stronger each step of the way. The entire staff is friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. I truly appreciate the care and encouragement I received and highly recommend this practice.
