I came to this physical therapist after a motor vehicle accident with injuries to my knee, back, and neck. From the beginning, it was difficult because most of the exercises for my back relied on my knees, and vice versa, but I still participated fully and never missed a single appointment. What disappointed me was the way I was treated. Had to miss an appointment due to unexpected delays and called to inform them. Unfortunately, I was met with an unprofessional tone and a lecture about how hard it is to get new patients in. I understand scheduling can be difficult, but a bit of empathy would’ve gone a long way. Based on how the situation was handled, I’ve decided not to move forward with this practice.

After going to a regular PT and not having much improvement, I came to Steven for help after spinal surgery. Having chronic lower back pain and lingering nerve issues, he has strengthened my core and legs in a matter of weeks. I came in feeling like a second surgery was going to be my only next option, but now I feel hopeful that continuing here I can actually have a chance of healing my back with Steven and his crew. They also make it fun and I look forward to my appointments every week! Highly, highly recommend!
