I did physical therapy in Dubuque, Iowa, at Physical Therapy Solutions with Wes over the winter to recover from an 11-month long hip injury that kept me off the track. My experience at PT Solutions was exceptional. I was referred to this place by my pain specialist. I had the good fortune of having Wes Wederer help me with the back pain I have been dealing with for a couple years. I instantly liked him and felt hopeful after my initial appointment. He really listened to me and came up with a plan to help a senior citizen that hadn’t been active for years due to the pain. I injured my lower back two months ago, and my primary care physician prescribed physical therapy among other things. Morgan Dunahoo was assigned to be my physical therapist, and I couldn't have been happier with her knowledge, technical skill, and friendliness. I am feeling great now after six weeks of physical therapy. The exercises that she guided me through were very helpful, and I am hopeful that I can keep this issue at bay. PTS got me back to 100% quickly! Wes was very kind through the whole process and always asked how I was doing and what I was feeling to help better manage my injury and reach my goals/expectations. They were really easy to work with and I recommend any athlete to go to them!
This place changed my life. I started with PT solutions in November 2025 after a lengthy health history of bad knees, being a carrier of Menkes disease, knee replacement before 30, realignments and a broken leg in 2020. I was a hot mess when I met with Wes in November. I was ready for a change, to be able to walk with less/no limp, better posture and more confident walking on smooth surfaces.
