I hired Jamie to coach me during my pregnancy. I have been a runner for over 15 years and ran all the way through one pregnancy and then stopped at about 24 weeks with the other. My goal was to be able to run through this whole pregnancy, and I am happy to say I did!! With Coach Jamie’s plan, I ran a 10k at 25 wks, and 5ks at 31 wks and 35 wks! I am SO happy and thankful I made the choice to hire Coach Jamie and I would highly recommend her to anyone, but particularly any pregnant runners!
I had a Race-Strategy call with Dr. Jamie not only because she has experience running many ultras, but because she has run the exact race I was going to attempt as my first 100-miler. Dr. Jamie gave fantastic advice covering the course, aid stations, fueling, heat, pacers, caffeine, etc. Her advice was superb and helped me run a successful first 100 miler. Thank you, Dr. Jamie!
