Great experience, very knowledgeable and helpful on what needs to be done.
Dr Maria has been very helpful in helping me work through an old rotator cuff injury and some tight muscle issues. She is very kind and caring- funny as well. I am really happy that she is offering high-quality PT services in Wales. I have also received the dry needling, which has been very helpful in my healing process. I followed Maria from her last job to PT of Wales. I have worked in occupational therapy for 25 years and a few years ago when I injured my back and was facing surgery, I was told I needed to follow the protocol and go to PT first. Excellent location
I have never seen a physical therapist before, however after I hurt my shoulder, it was recommended by my Dr. to visit one. This was the best experience ever! First of all my shoulder feels great and I now I know more about shoulders than I ever wanted to know. :). However, it was the positive attitude that Dr. Sylvestra and her staff had that made this experience awesome. Not to mention we had some great sports talks during my sessions. Thanks again!
