Loved the doctor, but the managing staff is terrible. First appointment, I never received a confirmation email or text with any of the appointment details needed. No address provided nor calls to confirm the appointment. Every time I attempted to get an appointment, there would be no availability. Final straw was booking an appointment, driving over an hour to get there, then being told that I couldn’t be seen because the doctor was unavailable.
Excellent, skilled, professional. These folks set the standard for rehab therapies. Altamonte Springs is fortunate to have PT Now serving their community! A big shout out to Manilla for her expert guidance and for keeping this patient on track!!
