I saw Dr. Crowley for two years to help manage my Mixed Connective Tissue Disease/Lupus but ultimately decided to discontinue seeking her care for several reasons. This was not an easy decision - it is difficult to find a doctor to help treat this illness. As her patient, I consistently encountered delays at appointments and felt rushed during interactions. This made it difficult for me to ask questions or seek clarification. When I did, I sensed irritation on Dr. Crowley's part. As someone with a complex illness, I value ... read more

I met Dr Bruce Summerville literally, quite by accident, when I broke my ankle 2 years ago. Due to his patient and thorough explanation and his staff at IBJI Gurnee, I immediately thought to select him at IBJI to take care of a hip replacement. He exceeded my expectations, again, of even the best doctors I've been take care of. His experience in the ortho field is expansive and clearly his dexterity in his surgery work is precise. He, the staff and surgery center people were attentive and answered all my concerns and fea... read more

Joyce Young I’ve read reviews about people complaining about lack of communication. Well I don’t agree, it did take a few days to get a phone call returned, but assuming because they are busy. But they worked with my insurance Co. I really had to do nothing. Yay!! And what really counts is the end result of my ankle surgery! And I am very happy with my new improved ankle, I can walk again basically pain free! Thank u Dr. Weatherford:) Definitely recommend Dr. Weatherford for foot/ankle surgery.

Not sure if it's the doctor's fault, but you cannot communicate with him or his assistants by phone. Always have to leave a voice mail. And it takes forever for a return call. Just willy nilly set up appointments and surgery without checking with the patient or POA. Worst communication ever!!!

This place is a money mill - period. They do not care about the well being of their patients one teeny tiny bit. Had my first appointment with Dr. Durkin on October 26. I hurt my knee area and was in significant pain. They did an x-ray and found nothing. He told me he suspected a meniscus tear and said I needed an MRI - at their owned facility (more $$ to them) - had to wait a week for availability. Did the MRI - called the next day for results and was told they couldn't see me for 2 weeks!!!!! I asked the doctor to c... read more

Very unprofessional ar the Westmont location. Waited for over 1 hr for appointment that was scheduled 1 month earlier. People unpleasant at the desk. I wouldn't recommend it

If you want Dr League to operate on your foot or ankle it's probably fine. BUT.... He operated on my hip in 2015 and I have been in in significant pain since surgery. I have been told by respected doctors he should have performed full hip replacement instead of partial. Also, he left 1 inch discrepancy in the length of my legs. In many respects changed the quality of my life and my everyday pain is significant.
