The PTF in Hunt Valley is great with professional teams. I love the fact they’re so close too my home and I would recommended them to all my family and friends.
James Holcomb was a joy to work with. He is a great listener and asked many questions to insure he understood what my problems and issues were. Then he gave me exercises and clearly explained how and why the exercises would address my issues. He guided me through the exercises to insure I completed them correctly, asking continuously if they hurt or were painful. He emailed me copies of the exercises so I could continue to do them at home. After just two session I felt much better. Thanks a lot James!!!
