First, the physical therapy trainers and therapists were good. Gonzo, Zach and Lauren are the only ones that didn't give me the, "I'm just here for a paycheck" feeling, but most did the minimum. All you can really hope for, these days. Paying the bill has been a nightmare. They take insurance, but dont factor it into the bill. Feels like some type of fraud. They make you pay the full amount, also charge insurance, then send a paper bill that factors the insurance but didn't factor that I already (over)paid. Effective chargin... read more
PTC in Moore are Awesome...There staff is so welcoming and patient. I am starting to feel better with the exercises.
Taylor and his team there are amazing, smart, and quite caring…they get you back to the best physical shape after injury.
Place is great and the employees are friendly. I don't have a lot of other places to compare to but I always felt like I could tell the difference in my recovery the very next day after each visit. The culture is always positive and good at pushing you to excel. Make sure you ask for the Good Stuff, they keep it in the back.
