Absolutely disrespectful!!!! My doctor sent my referral over to their office over a month ago and I never received a call. I had been calling them for over a week now and each time was distasteful. No one could find the referral and I had to call my doctor multiple times to get the info they needed. My doctor explained that they have sent it over 2 or 3 times and not sure why they are saying they didn’t receive it. It’s definitely frustrating when it’s your health on the line. Physical Therapy and Beyond is amazing, I suffered with vertigo, balance and dizziness, and when I walked in there they assured me they could help. Binifar and Olga were so encouraging and helpful. Every time I walked out of there I felt a little better. Not only did they help me, they gave me many tools to use whenever I felt an episode coming on . I can’t thank them enough as I got my life back thanks to them.

My husband ,Tim, has been going there because of problems with his equilibrium (dizziness, etc), after having neurosurgery. We have been very pleased at the progress he’s made. His therapist, Olga has been wonderful, as well as the rest of the staff. They are very patient, kind, considerate and understanding of his needs. His therapist has offered many suggestions and demonstrated strategies to help him when he’s at home. We are so glad we went here.

I was in PT for vertigo and dizziness. I was very pleased with the therapists and staff for their expertise, patience, and kindness. I have many tools to use now. I am on my way to recovery. It was a very mindful experience. I looked forward to going to my appointments.

I came to see Binaifer at Physical Therapy and Beyond after 2 1/2 unsuccessful, frustrating months at another physical therapy facility. I was being treated for Superior Canal Dehiscence Syndrome (inner ear issue that causes dizziness and imbalance) and feeling very frustrated. On my first day at Physical Therapy and Beyond, Binaifer showed me a strategy that helped me alleviate the spinning sensation when going from sitting to lying down. On the second day, I learned another technique that helped with my balance. I was so i... read more
