Unlike my experience at another physical therapy office, PT at ACAC, and Kaitlyn in particular, have tailored my therapy program to my actual post-concussion needs (not just “a little tune-up”). Kaitlyn is coordinating my care with my occupational therapist, Mel B, to include work on vision, balance, and multitasking, as well as addressing the injury to my back and neck. Throughout their work with me, they have also been kind and accommodating. I am so grateful.
Charlotte is an amazing therapist who appears to truly love her job and care for her clients!
