They pack everyone in like cattle and rent out the gym to the public, so dudes lifting weights get to watch you do physical therapy, sometimes partially exposed, The ambience Seems a bit like a heath insurance exploitation mill, they are a bit unempathetic, I hurt my hip and tried calling during business hours the morning of an appointment to cancel because I didn’t feel up to it because I was in pain, the receptionist didn’t answer, I fallback asleep because I was up all night in pain and missed the appointment, I explained... read more
