After a car wreck left me with severe glute pain for eight months, I tried another physical therapist with no success. Then I came to North Ogden Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine. After just one session of dry needling, my pain was nearly gone within three days! Two months later, I am now 90% pain-free. The team here really helped me a lot! About a month before the Ogden Marathon, I had some knee pain develop during a long run. When it didn’t go away after a week, I made an appointment to see if trying to continue running would wreck my knee. I was assessed and given a plan that included exercises and stemwave. What a phenomenal team of people they have! I was referred to Ryan and his wonderful team after sustaining several tears to my shoulder and elbow. Ryan was amazing.
