Ryan and his staff are amazing!! I had a total knee replacement April 30 2025. Ryan worked with me to get me where I wanted to be. The staff show you all the ways to work your knee from wall slides to total gym. Then he will work on you to get the range of motion you need. Yes pt is painful at times but you have to do it to get range of motion. I would highly recommend physical therapy & sports medicine in north Ogden.
Very good experience. Staff are great, professional and experienced. I did Stem Wave and feel like it was very successful! I highly recommend them if you’re in need of physical therapy.
This place has friendly front desk staff and a bright clean gym. And they can get you in quick! However if you want manipulations and any quality time with a PT this place is not for you. The focus is costly shockwave therapy, dry needling, stretching, and exercises. You will see the PT for a very few short minutes at each visit. The rest of your time is spent doing exercises, guided by their team of youngster helpers.
