Hello every one my name is Ronah . I have very bad diabetic neuropathy and injure on legs. I came to California visit my family from Virginia. I showed up with my insurance card and the RA document, and after waiting an hour, right before seeing the PT they bounced me due to "expired" RA ( good to Feb 16) totally sloppy unprofessional staff work. This never happens anyplace else. I escalated this one.
1. Muy mal servicio nunca contestan llamadas ni avisan sobre la citas 2. Muy poco personal para el nivel o volumen de personas que reciben 3. Por tal motivo la espera para hacer terapia es heterna más de dos horas espera 4 instalaciones muy pequeñas incómodas para esperar por tanto tiempo Agradecería tomen en cuenta mis comentarios y solucionen los tiempos de espera hablemos personas que a pesar de recibir terapia realizamos otro tiempo de actividades por lo que el tiempo es muy valioso
