My first time I came to work on my calves that were tight and had knots. It was gone and feeling better after 1 session. Today is my second time and I worked on my hamstring, IT band, back and glutes and it feels great. Definitely will be coming back. Expect it to hurt while the scraping is going on but the results are amazing. He also gives you tips on how to maintain you body with stretches and exercises
Feels like I payed $100 to wait 2 hours for a 5 minute massage, massage was good tho
10/10 experience… loved how they explained the issue in my shoulder pain that I’ve had for about a year… nothing I did helped until I decided to get treatment here !I love how the treatments helped me feel more better… the treatment does hurt but mannn does it help
