I spent most of the day here in the surgery center as a friend had knee surgery. Every person I had contact with was courteous and helpful...the reception desk, the cafeteria staff; each one did their job well with kindness.
I know many individuals who had terrible experiences here…. But personally I think the ER staff is amazing. And it was fairly quick to be seen just recently.
In the emergency department there is no privacy whatsoever, they just put you on a bed and put you 3 feet next to the next patient, everyone can hear what the provider says, can hear the nurses gossiping about other patients, sitting on patient beds having personal conversations (laughing out loud). Provider Razipour Mohammad is aggressive and rude! I do NOT recommend this emergency department! Everyone is all over the place, no communication whatsoever, and not on the same page.
Not good just didn't help me but give me meds and pushed me out the door like who cares went Arrowhead they checked everything on me and now I'm way better
