I have just returned from a walk - which was pain free and brought so much joy! I went to PhysiAlign about 1.5 years ago and was basically told my foot was arthritic, that I needed to do balance exercises for my age, and that I needed new sneakers "if I could afford them." I was made to feel poor, old, and that there was nothing I could do about my Achilles tendinitis. I left after 3 visits, went to another PT at Green Mountain PT. I've had no pain for almost 1.5 years. I've been meaning to write this and finally remembered!
Lauren Wedam at PhysiAlign has been my PT for many years. I have multiple spine and bone issues, and at 81 my goal is to stay active and strong. Lauren specializes in treating these structural challenges and she is so knowledgeable, I can trust that I am getting the best and most up-to-date advise and treatment available.
Lauren is an outstanding diagnostician and therapist. I highly recommend her.
