Came in to buy a guppy and was disappointed by the lack of customer service and, more importantly, the condition of the bettas. I wasn’t greeted or offered assistance, and the bettas were in small bowls with excessive amounts of uneaten food. Several appeared overfed, with some showing possible swim bladder issues. Leaving uneaten pellets in such a small amount of water is especially concerning because it can quickly foul their water. I really hope the store improves its fish care.

I have bought food for my dog, and used there self grooming rooms. I have been to different places to use self bathing for my dog, and I will never go anywhere else again. They have all kinds of different shampoos and conditioners. They also offer a spray for when you're done bathing, your pet to make them smell good. It was clean when I got in there and they had ample supply of everything I needed. I love the fact that you get your own individual room. They were kind enough to show me everything. Such a great store. They have everything i could ever want or need, and then some. They offer great deals when you buy from them (e.g. 12 bags of dog food and the 13th is free). I can't say enough good stuff about this store
