Great selection and great customer service. I always have to say hi to the cute cats they have for adoption
Went for a dog wash ....all 3 self pet were extremely dirty ( but no customers in view) and we had to clean it b4 being able to clean pour dog...very very disappointed
The store is nice and spacious. What made my first visit so Amazing was Andy! From his pleasant greeting to superb customer care. THANK YOU for being a ROCK Star. My aunt just finished telling me how much of a difference the dog itch shampoo is working just from use so fare and my dog smells good. I appreciate the recommendation for deodorizer.
*EDITED in 2025* Since Phydeaux of Raleigh was bought by Feeders, I can no longer give this location a good review and have shifted to another store for my pets' needs as Feeders rarely had my regular brand of dog foods in stock. Great selection of my dogs' favorite products and a friendly staff. Only wish they would carry Evangers wet dog foods and Spot Farms treats.
