The owner wasn't very helpful or nice. Everything is way too expensive. This shop is really small, they don't offer a lot of bikes. I decided to take my bike somewhere else because of the attitude of the owner.
Showed up to the shop for an emergency repair. Nobody there, 1pm on a Saturday.
the customer service representative behind the desk was very rude to me and treated me like an idiot I will not be going back. he also told me that it took him 2 years to learn how to install grip tape, which is absurd.
A great shop that's located downtown with fast service. The owner is very helpful in finding any parts and bikes for any entry level bike riders.
