Monica was very rude, I am transferring office because of the way she treated me. She made me missed 1 months of benefits just because they couldn't get back to me to complete my appointment so after so much phone calls and messages they got back to me today when the month ended so i missed my benefits and they won't do nothing to help so Monica was being rude and sarcastic with me and her attitude was so unprofessional.
I had my appointment on 10/24/2019 at 9:30 am. I got there 20 minutes early; So the woman who took my Wic case to renewed was really really rude, she throw my papers and the cards to me and also she was talking to me with a attitude. If this person doesn’t like her job she shouldn’t be working on this Wic office. PS. The manager at this Wic office is really rude!
