I visited Phrost Cryo, Tanning & Wellness Spa for my birthday, and this experience will always stay with me. My daughter, who has since passed, brought me here, and it meant so much to share that moment together. The salt cave was calming, peaceful, and unlike anything I’ve experienced before. Great place for wellness and healing
I came specifically to get the wrap. At the desk the receptionist informed me of the mechanisms of the treatment to get desired results. She said the wrap would get to 130 degrees and I will sweat. Alot. And that is the way you get rid of inches or water weight. I was really hesitant to do it because I was kind of afraid of the level of heat involved.
