I visited Phrost Cryo, Tanning & Wellness Spa for my birthday, and this experience will always stay with me. My daughter, who has since passed, brought me here, and it meant so much to share that moment together. The salt cave was calming, peaceful, and unlike anything I’ve experienced before.
