Not impressed with my college graduation photos. I am a photographer, so I understand how editing works, but I am also a hairstylist and PhotoVisions photoshopped my signature purple hair into a bad version of brown with caramel highlights. I feel this is a misrepresentation of who I am. I’m not sure if they aren’t used to shooting mature students as well, but all the effort taken to ruin my hair but not do any sort of facial editing is also frustrating. I had some issues with my daughter's grad photo, and Kristen was extremely helpful throughout the process. Amazing customer service, Kristen was fabulous and extremely helpful! I had made a mistake with my son's order and contacted Photo Visions - Kristen immediately called me back and was able to correct my error. She even looked up my daughter's order from 2 years ago to make sure everything matched! A huge thank-you!
