I made an appointment for 10am on Sept 21st, and no one was there. There was a sign that stated someone would be back at 11am! I got my passport photo done in the electronic section of the store instead. Incredibly irritating when you specifically make an appointment and somehow they completely missed it. But probably a blessing in disguise, since it was significantly cheaper (only $16) for the same quality.
Worst experience. After waiting for so long time for a family picture, dressing up my lil kids, when I looked at the photo, I felt a kid can take a better quality picture than this studio. Overpriced and unprofessional. They doesn’t even bother how to take a picture. Just click and they say, that’s what they can do n above that they put their company logo, which covers children face. Please do not go.
DON’T GO THERE! Bought on a “sale” 3 photoshoots. 1 in Studio, 2 on location. Took a while to schedule, two times out of three they forgot to book me and I only discovered on the same day after I’ve called to confirm. Then I called to reschedule because of a rainy day, and after the manager Cathrine made me feel like she’s doing me a favour by moving the date (and after a full waist of all the summer time photoshoot by them). Terrible Experience. They cancelled on us too many times to count without letting us know. They had the audacity to blame us for it before taking responsibility and giving every possible excuse for their unprofessional behaviour. We finally got the photoshoot done, but unfortunately, the photos were beyond disappointing. Edited poorly, horrible lightning/setting, and generally pictures that look like they were taken on a film camera in the 90s. Unfortunate that they only have one location in Regina now, but the photographers are great and really friendly!
