We came in on Saturday and had our photos the next day!! The photographer was fun, easy going and professional! Very happy!

It's not necessarily photo unlimiteds' fault but more their hired on location photographer. We won a free 30 minute on location shoot through a draw. Everything leading up to the shoot was amazing customer service. The photographer herself was really nice, but the photos were honestly a waste of our time... they were way too edited even without us asking and when we went to look over the packages etc. The man who was showing us the pics at Walmart gave them all to us for free because we were so dissatisfied.
