What a joke this place is. Associate is on her phone in a zoom meeting. We prepaid for passport photos. She said they dont take pictures of children and is refusing to take picture for anyone under 14. No where online does it state that- only no infant photos. When questioned why -she stated the photo will be rejected. She also can't issue a refund.
