Signed up to take part in an event they were going to do at transfer beach in Ladysmith. when it came to the day of the event, we showed up at the location and couldn't find the photographer. We called photos unlimited to ask where we could the them, and they didn't know and said the photographer should have contacted us. Staff is fantastic! They have a great time with you. Creative ideas. They have a real horrible corporate district manager who is rude to customers and treats the studio staff horribly. It's a wonder anyone stays. Despite the poor working conditions the studio staff are courteous, friendly and polite. I hope they all find better jobs.

Very unhappy with the quality of the pictures. They are really dark, the photographer did not give direction as to stand closer or fix posture. She also gave no feed back on the poses to do, only did the ones that I had texted to her. That is the main reason you book with a professional. Cell phones take better quality pictures. I was told the pictures were suppose to be shadow pictures. They just look dark. Just looks like the flash was off and it was a poor quality camera.
