I hate doing negative reviews but we walked in to take a visa photo and it was $56. Literally 30 seconds for the photo and I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. UPS charges $24 or so across the street and shoppers down the road charges $25. Unbelievable…..
Guy who was working front desk today left early for lunch instead of taking me as a customer. He tells me it's almost 2pm and he's heading for lunch, and I check the time and its 1:55pm! He still had like 5 mins and I had already walked in! I knew this place had bad reviews but come on!
I have had a couple sessions here and I always get misinformation on my package details. I have also gone for the free session that comes with some packages, and the lady tried to upsell for me to buy all the pictures. I decided just to get the two free pictures that come with it, and she has not sent them to me or communicated anything to me in almost a week. She also tried to rip me off saying I only get one free picture when the package clearly states 2.
Amazing!!!! The staff are so attentive to detail I have 6 week old baby Bibi went above and beyond to take the best passport photo, she was patient and kind. I went in with anxiety that my baby wasn’t going to behave but Bibi was so experienced and made me feel so comfortable. This is a passport picture I will not hide, I’m going to keep it for a keepsake. Beautiful work!!!! Wish I could give 10 stars !! Thank you Bibi!!
Bibi at Photos Unlimited in Bolton was amazing. We were have difficulty getting passport pictures for our 2 year old grandson, but Bibi solved our issue immediately. She was very professional and charming. I would highly recommend Bibi for all your photo needs.
