Asked what the latest appointment would be, I was told 5:10 and scheduled an appointment at 5:00pm. Felt very rushed, very unprofessional, photos turned out awful. Was told 20 mins into the 30 minute session that she had to “run” in a couple minutes otherwise she would be accused of staying overtime. If it was going to be rushed, I should’ve been told 4:30 at the latest. Photos turned out awful. We had them done last year and they were amazing! Very disappointed this time

When I went to Walmart to get my passport photos done, they couldn’t due to a broken camera, thankfully photos unlimited was there to take care of me and my photo photography needs, the staff was wonderful to deal with, more than worth the price of admission!

DO NOT get passport photos here! They will charge you for an additional photo package without even informing you. It cost me $126.48 to get two passport photos. Go to the back of Walmart or Shoppers Drug Mart. This place is extremely unprofessional and a straight up scam! Reporting to the BBB.

They have their own rules which are not at all listed in any of the requirements anywhere. After all they cant even show me what they are asking in any of their law book.
