The person taking pictures of our family was not a professional photographer. Very poor job of making the group look good. Facial color in final prints was not natural. Use faux trees in background. Overall just a poor experience. Would not recommend to anyone.
We were promised professional quailty photos of our family at the YMCA. The photo selection was slim and the photos we received were less than amateur. The photos are pixelated, discolored, and the photoshopping is obvious. The photo paper is also low quality. It is very disappointing that such a dishonest service is offered at the YMCA.
