Starting from my first of four sessions so far with the Photon Genius Energy Sauna I had a boost of energy and felt more relaxed both during and after my sessions. From what I understand about this sauna, since it has inferred ceramic panels the core temperature is of the body heats up faster making it pretty comfortable. Since it's an open sauna, unlike a box/traditional sauna I did not feel confined or claustrophobic at all.
