I'd like to start by saying that I only selected 1 star because I had to in order to post this. For a customer service based business that has been around for such a long time, they are in need of a serious evaluation of their business as a whole. Never have I received such poor customer service in my life. It seemed that after you sign the contract and start paying, the less attentive they become. It was a big mistake to choose Photography Elite for my wedding. I had a very bad experience with them. The information that was given to us before signing the contract was completely different after the wedding. Do not forget to ask all the details before signing the contract, like: thank you cards, payment requirements, due date for your proof, etc. Photography Elite is also a very unorganized place.
