Melissa took our engagement photos on the beach in Galveston, and she was absolutely wonderful to work with. The pictures turned out amazing, and together we completely surprised my then girlfriend, now fiancée! We had some weather issues the day of the shoot, and Melissa was a great communicator and very flexible to shoot at the most opportune time to get great pictures. Melissa did some great work for us when we were selling our house. We were very pleased with her work. Not sure why there are some bad reviews. But, I guess some people are just never satisfied with anything. She took some great pictures of the house - both inside and outside.. The pictures were posted on the real estate website and I believe were very instrumental in drawing in prospective buyers. The outside photos clearly emphasized the size of the very large lot. she asked us to buy soft copy of our pictures at a very high price as she was running out of space. She ended up deleting them.

Melissa did an amazing job and captured our family perfectly!!! She was super flexible with our schedule and I couldn’t have asked for better pictures of our family! Would definitely use her again and have already referred friends and family to her!!

Very poor customer service. Once we paid her to develop the pictures, she no longer responded to texts or email of what she promised she was going to do. It appeared the photos were not edited as requested. Would not recommend.
