Never received photos and no resolution or refund was offered. This business should provide tracking numbers for shipped orders to avoid these issues.

We love Photographic Elegance! As a dance studio owner we have spent years looking for a photographer that we could entrust to give our clients a professional, organized experience. 1) You have to choose a package and PAY before pictures are even taken. Fine 2) Parents can’t go in the room where pictures are being delivered taken. Ok 3) Can’t preview pictures or else I would have known to take my own. 3) Pictures took 6 weeks to be mailed. 4) Pictures were of my child in a backwards dress! I would have noticed if I was allowed to go in the room, but the group photo clearly shows 8 other little girls with a giant bow in the front of their dress while my daughter has the bow in the back.
