I just completed a one hour Design review of my Photobiz website with Jeremy. It was the best investment that I could have made in my website! Photobiz is great, but people like Jeffery P. that keep it great. Had an image uploading problem, and Jeffery and I kept missing each other. He was persistent in getting back in touch with me and ultimately resolved the issue.
A website is as critical to any business as the people who work within your business, answering the phone, responding to emails, etc etc... For me, thats all me, I'm a soloprenauer. I own a small business, a photography business. I don't have countless hours to update my site, and comb through code... That's why I have Photobiz as my website platform. They have beautiful templates (like many of their competitors, I'm sure), but their templates, admin portal, and tool are easy to learn, easy to use, and easy to roll out. And ... read more
I just built my website with PhotoBiz and I am BLOWN AWAY by their level of customer support! I have never worked with an online Tech Company that offers this level of support to their customers. Anytime I had a question, they were there by chat OR by phone! They have a customer in me for a very long time!
