As our first time ever doing a photoshoot it was amazing. They truly went beyond our expectations. The photos were beautiful and they made my daughter feel comfortable and happy.
We loved our initial experience, but unfortunately things fell apart after we placed our order. We selected our dress, chose our customizations, and paid in full. According to the contract, the dress was expected to arrive within 12 weeks. When the 12-week mark passed without any call, email, or update, I reached out myself to check on the status.
