[ENG] My family hired this company to capture my cousin’s quinceañera back in January 2025, and to this day (October 2025) they have never delivered the video or photo package. These are once-in-a-lifetime memories that can’t be replaced, and their only excuse was that they ‘lost the footage.’ Even worse, they have not offered any kind of refund or compensation.
