I had an incredible experience and I can't recommend it enough! Nancy was amazing—she has such a skilled touch and really knew how to make me feel comfortable and relaxed. From start to finish, I felt completely at ease. The pressure was perfect, and she took the time to focus on areas that needed extra attention. I’ve been coming here for massages for over 10 years, but unfortunately the service has really gone downhill in recent times. My last visit (just 2 days ago) was probably the worst massage I’ve had here. To make matters worse, I was overcharged at the counter. When I called and spoke with the owner, Tammy, instead of an apology or resolution, she simply blamed her staff and didn’t offer a refund or credit.
