This phone repair shop is scamming customers. After receiving payment, they replace the screen with a faulty one and offer no warranty. They keep postponing repairs, making numerous appointments from August to October, yet the phone still remains unrepaired.

Give this shop minus 10... went to purchase a phone case ...twas served by a child who was not very old or who wasn't very helpful l asked if anyone else was in the shop and her father was out the back attending to repairs to a phone...l won't be back
I would like to thank phoenicians repair team for fixing my phone as I have been to other repairer in albury who said phone was repairable. Went into phonnic showed him my phone and explained everything what happened he said no problem I'll ring you in a couple of well later than day he rang me and said your phone is fixed and working beautifully what a magician well done.
