After no help from optus I was directed to phonic repair, thank God for Aziz who was courteous and more than willing to help, I a few minutes he had got rid of so much JUNK and viruses off my phone that I have no idea how they got there, being a senior technology and I are NOT friends. I purchased a Samsung phone based on the salesperson's recommendation, only to discover after leaving that it was locked to a specific network—a fact that was not disclosed.
