Recently bought a phone case through JB Hi-Fi marketplace for an S25 Ultra. The wrong case was sent. No forwarding address. Returned to JB Hi-Fi, but no replacement or refund yet. I paid for a UAG Civilian Magnet Phone Case for Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra (Olive Drab/Orange) and was returned to JBHIFI in adelaide on 2/10 same day it was delivered.
I got my phone fixed and a new screen protector from this place. 2 days later I noticed there was a crack in the protector already. I had not dropped my phone at all nor had I put any unnecessary pressure on it. I went in to ask if they could replace it, since I'd just spent sooo much getting it fixed ( over $600) I was rudely told I must of dropped it and its my own fault.
